Are your products made to order?
Yes, every piece is made to order in our workshop to ensure each item is carefully crafted to the highest standard.
What is the folding option?
Selected designs are available with a folding option for easier transport and storage. Where available, this must be selected from the product options at the time of ordering.
Can I request a custom design or size?
Yes, we welcome custom orders. If you require a bespoke size, shape or design, please get in touch using our custom order form.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment options through PayPal and Klarna at checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
We currently deliver within UK mainland only.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assess the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
Are your products painted?
All props are supplied unpainted.
