Terms of Service

By placing an order with The Props Studio Ltd, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our products are made to order. Unless stated otherwise, MDF products are supplied unpainted.

Minor surface or sanding marks and natural material characteristics may be present. These do not necessarily mean a product is faulty. Products must still match their description and be of satisfactory quality.

We aim to show products accurately, although slight variations may occur.

Folding & Non-Folding Boards: Boards with a fold or cut line may show a visible join when assembled. This is a normal feature of the design and cannot be completely avoided. If you would prefer no visible join line, please choose a non-folding option.

Orders & Changes

Please check all descriptions, measurements and options before ordering.

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us straight away, as production may begin shortly afterwards. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for cancellation details.

Custom Orders

Change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not available for products made to your individual specifications, including bespoke designs, custom sizes and personalised items.

Please check all details before confirming your order. This does not affect your rights if something is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us if anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

For visible delivery damage, please try to contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. Reporting an issue later does not remove your consumer rights.

Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates unless we agree a specific deadline with you. We’ll let you know about significant delays affecting your order.

Please make sure your delivery details are complete and accurate. These terms do not limit your rights if an order is delayed or does not arrive.

Measurements & Access

Please check that your chosen product will fit your space and pass through any doorways, entrances or stairways needed for delivery.

Choosing an unsuitable size does not make the product faulty. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for your options.

Assembly & Care

Please follow any assembly and care instructions provided.

We are not responsible for damage you cause through misuse, incorrect assembly, unsuitable storage, alterations, painting, decorating or handling. 

Prices & Payment

Prices may change, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Please pay using one of the methods available at checkout.
