Are your products made to order?
Yes. Our products are made to order in our workshop, with each piece carefully checked before it's packed and sent to you.
What is the folding option?
Selected backdrops are available with a folding option to make transporting and storing them easier. If this option is available for a product, you'll be able to select it on the product page before ordering.
Can I request a custom design or size?
Yes! We can offer custom sizing on many of our products and can also create bespoke designs. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch with your requirements and we'll let you know what's possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure card payments, PayPal and Klarna, giving you the option to pay in full or spread the cost where eligible.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
Our standard delivery service covers mainland UK. If you need delivery elsewhere, please contact us before ordering and we'll see whether delivery can be arranged and provide a quote where possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take care when packing our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We'll review it and help get the issue resolved.
Are your products painted?
Unless stated otherwise in the product listing, our MDF products are supplied unpainted and ready for you to paint and style yourself. This gives you the freedom to choose colours and finishes to suit your event or brand.
